People require a working wage. If your green design doesn’t talk about putting people to work
what real long term benefit is it for the people. It must be People, Plant, Profit,

Planet, People.

That Green Jobs, Profit Oriented,
Sustainable Model required a total Energy redesign, making all old plants outdated and obsolete.

Old energy profit operations will not seek a slow phase out, via remodel, or restructure.
These old energy profit plants & properties are very much a major part of the current job market.
This fact makes older energy core assets very much a part of the present day landscape.

This affords Old Energy both profit and core energy assets, & the luxury of dictating the green design pace, in large part due to much needed jobs.

Only when those jobs are replaced by a green operations that beats old energy in
Price as well as clean sustainable design will any long term green future truly take hold.
Until then most efforts will be regarded as green washing for PR purposes only.

The question will always be how long will it take to build? The answer is impossible to hear and restricted by Major PE, and yet working examples can be seen around the globe. These examples are Rural and found in non-profit paths.

Here the efforts are viewed as for profit, which limits and holds private, both the details and the study, while knowing the final build must be BOP wise.

You can find and assist the non profit working examples but you must know where to look. You must begin to see BOP, as something that matters to you.

The short answer. Far longer than anyone might first guess, simply because their scope will be too small. Only if you begin to see it as a life long dream, will you begin to see the scope of truly sustainable design, much less BOP development on a macro level.

In fact the answer is as difficult to provide as the research work itself.

Over 20 years and way past first projections. Could we leap forward? As BOP awareness shifts the mindset, YES.

1st Phase Design to model, all subject to major PE and Team Building.

From today to endless studies, searching the globe over, to find, what might become ideal.

Model to development, also subject to both research, redesign, & PE.

From the end of the studies to the end of the models, to the end of design phases.

My own goal. In this lifetime.

To guess the answer then, is to guess longer than you might imagine, & then triple it.

Just to get to this day, over twenty years later, 1st Phase Design,
Feels like a miracle to me.

Helps to see the big picture when dealing with design. Notice how the waste to algae aspect was utilized. If you are not using waste in your algae model, start over. If you don’t start over your design will be all wrong.

Why does design matter?

Operations. If the design is wrong, operations will be a nightmare. Always reverse engineer everything around operations & think in green chemistry, organic permaculture paths. How easy is the system to operate daily? How is your waste stream managed? Always start with waste & waste water because that is the beginning and end of your bio-cycle path. If the polymer is a bio based polymer with the latest advancements, then you are on the right path.

Ideally, You will want the bag to have the ability to compost over time.

The Two Sinks for Co2. Algae and Agri-Char

If your bio-refinery is truly integrated then you must be advanced in both Algae growth and Agri-Char for the purposes of CO2 Sinks.

It is no longer Carbon Capture and Storage. CCS. It is rather CCSC. Carbon Capture, Storage, & Conversion.

If your not converting CO2 into products, you are missing the clean, green, integration boat.

Chemistry Paths that address the true demand.

What we now have with companies in America is a rush to file rights on work that is of very little economic value, hoping it will assist in the funding process.

The logic being the rights will protect their short sighted business model efforts.

They are wrong. All it will really do, is have others run the other way. We on the other hand are about bringing the very best science minds together for the benefit of all. Come with your proof of concept, your science research, or your lic. if you wish. Here all will be respected.

One of the true green science Chemistry paths is here, and addressed the ligno pretreatment phase in a light that clearly understands that lignin is and always has been a bio based product worth producing. Funny how almost every part of the integrated path has treated some of the most valued bio based products as nothing more than waste to be burned. Once again. WRONG.

Where we have had our advantage from the start is with our green chemistry mentor. The greatest Chemist of his generation from our perspective will always be Andy Miga. He is gone now & He has been deeply missed. Without him we would have very little understanding of the merit of a truly integrated Bio-refinery. If you think you are up to Andy’s speed, we want to talk to you. It will help if you know you are the very best & are willing to back it up. You’ll have to understand value where other see waste to beat out Andy.

Don’t come to us with rights that prove you have some small % of success in a tube. If you want to talk Fractionation that is proven to be cost effective and economical, bring it, otherwise do not waste our time with rights that prove NOTHING other than to help raise money from companies willing to throw money at the problem.

It was never about who could raise the money. A lifetime later, it is still about the design and build

That being said, even the ideal design and build was never going to be ready until the time was right. Only when all of the pieces started to come together would true integration start to take shape. While the integration concept is addressed, Permaculture is not a part of their old design, or working model. That has only taken place if you have chosen to see the truly clean, green, sustainable alternatives to the past, crop for fuel, poor design and build.

Those permaculture pieces are finally coming together for both the natural oils and pretreated enzymatic complex sugars. Those green chemistry organic designs will start out small with a production rate that doesn’t over produce and does not need to concern itself with the price of gasoline or diesel.

With that, the design and build must be both unique, & cost effective. It is, as if seeing, Ethanol, Bio Diesel, & crop based sugars, all over again. Same Song, different verse, like some broken record. Billions raised in search of producing fuel as an alternative to gasoline & diesel. How many hundreds of plants have been built, all with the best of intentions. How many are producing fuel now with ongoing operations are producing a profit? Keep in mind if the feedstock is a CROP based biomass IT IS NOT regarded as sustainable.

There are a few who see the future. They are on the right path & yet they still may not get there. Unless you are integrated, you’re only dreaming.

Without and extensive trained staff even that is nothing more than a pipe dream. Operations the key, & that will demand and army of trained professionals. We will first work to train those workers. It is, & always will be, about the very finest trained working team.

To be sure, the design and build will be small enough to produce a profit and expand with the advancements in research as more cost effective operations are discovered with operations as the guide.
